THE JOURNEY

Overview

A high-country fishing journey through Bayan-Ölgii’s glacial lakes and broad valleys. Local guides lead daily sessions for Altai osman, grayling and lenok, balanced with comfortable camps and encounters with western Mongolia’s nomadic culture.

Fish remote Altai lakes and meet Kazakh eagle-hunter families in Mongolia’s far west. Every departure is led by experienced local staff and follows responsible catch-and-release practice.
